We are delighted to have you join our community! Anthony and Jenny Cerasia, along with our dedicated team, are committed to ensuring you experience the highest level of service during your stay with us.

Here's a quick guide to help you settle in:
 

  1. Office Information: Located at 74 Bleecker St, Gloversville, NY 12078. Our doors are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am-12pm, and by appointment. During holidays and weekends, we're here on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 9-12. Meet Caitlyn Stever, our friendly office concierge, always ready to assist.
     

  2. Rent Details: Rent is due on the 1st each month (or the 3rd for pre-agreed terms). If you foresee any delays, please inform Caitlyn promptly. Note: Late payments incur a $25 fee. Choose from several payment options: ACH/eCheck, Credit/Debit Card, office payments, secured drop safe at our office, or mail to our office address. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
     

  3. Maintenance Requests: Encounter an issue? Report it for prompt attention. Now, you can easily submit work orders via our website by creating a tenant portal. For urgent matters or emergencies, contact us at (518) 774-4135, available 24/7.
     

  4. Annual Safety Inspection: Expect a visit from Chris Carpenter, our internal code enforcement auditor, for a yearly fire safety inspection. He ensures compliance, fire safety, and cleanliness.
     

  5. Garbage Pickup: Clarify your garbage pickup schedule or dumpster availability with Caitlyn. Remember to follow local guidelines for trash disposal.
     

  6. Outdoor Maintenance: Our groundskeepers diligently handle lawn care and snow removal for select properties. Check with our office to see if your building is included.
     

  7. Pest Control: Encounter pests? Our in-house expert is just a call away to efficiently handle any pest issues.
     

  8. Adding Roommates: Considering a new roommate? Let's discuss it first. We'll guide you through the application and agreement process.
     

  9. Insurance Recommendation: We strongly advise renters' insurance for personal property protection and liability coverage. Contact Salvione Insurance at (518) 725-8466 for assistance.
     

  10. Keeping in Touch: Updated your phone number or email? Keep us informed to ensure smooth communication.
